Led the development of multiple scenario outcomes for COVID-19, accurately predicting over 90% of anticipated impacts and constructing a comprehensive safety playbook.
Performed as member of one of the world’s largest ecommerce company’s Vice President scenario planning teams in preparation for the COVID-19 pandemic. Led the tasking and development of multiple scenario outcomes with tiered impacts to customers in anticipation of federal, state, and local policy changes related to COVID-19 at the outset of the global pandemic. Accurately predicted more than 90% of the anticipated outcomes, catalyzing my position as the a captain to construct a COVID-19 case management, comprehensive safety playbook that was used across the North American network of over 250 sites for confirmed cases in the network’s last mile logistics facilities.

Safety Measures
and Sanitizer Procurement
Procured $500K+ worth of sanitizer from local sources, established a surplus, and implemented thermal temperature checks to protect employee safety within a tight timeframe.
Procured more than $500,000 in sanitizer sourced from local breweries and distilleries on the East Coast to protect the safety of employees located in the Boston and New York Metropolitan areas in less than 3 weeks, establishing a surplus in the last mile logistics network that led to supplementation for middle mile and fulfillment network shortages. Instituted thermal temperature checks across last mile logistics facilities in North America and captained the procurement and delivery of equipment in order to scale temperature check capabilities within a 3-week timeframe.

COVID-19 Policy Changes and Employee Training
Directed and formulated over 150 policy changes, designed Employee Relations training, and trained 829 exempt leaders to handle difficult conversations and protect employee safety.
As a COVID-19 response team executive, directed and formulated more than 150 Amazon policy changes within the first month of the onset of COVID-19. Designed an Employee Relations training for the North American network in partnership with Regional Employee Relations Principals to protect employee safety and teach how to conduct difficult conversations related to the pandemic, resulting in the training of 829 exempt leaders across the North American last mile delivery network.

COVID-19 Onboarding Curriculum
Developed an informative onboarding curriculum for exempt leaders, covering COVID-19 policies and critical steps to ensure workforce safety during the global pandemic.
Developed a first day COVID-19 onboarding curriculum for North America and Europe last mile delivery exempt leaders into the company. The curriculum was used at each Academy site to provide an informed experience for exempt leaders about COVID-19, the various policy changes, and the critical steps they must take to protect their workforce daily while leading during a global pandemic.
