Consultancy for Ukrainian Insurance Companies
Provides comprehensive consultancy to three Ukrainian insurance companies, offering evacuation planning, humanitarian aid pipeline, and critical support during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Provides consultancy to three Ukrainian insurance companies, ARX, Universalna, and Colonnade. Develops comprehensive evacuation planning and logistics, a 1.5 ton per week humanitarian aid pipeline to Ukrainian communities most in need, and critical needs and requests capability to three Chief Executive Officers and their 5000+ Ukrainian employees and family members during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Works directly with each Ukrainian CEO, the President of Colonnade for Europe, the HR Director for Fairfax, and the HR Director for Colonnade to develop long-term planning for displaced employees. Developed and continuously provides consultancy related to employee intake request platform, donations to needs matching, “wrap-around” resources to include legal, financial, medical, and mental health services, and available safe housing beds across 7 European countries. Leverages intake platform for centralized communications to Ukrainian employees and European partners to coordinate transportation and resources for displaced employees and families. Secured partnerships with Krakow University and 7 NGOs to ensure an enduring community impact and support of Ukrainian citizens through credible organizations providing supplemental ecosystems. Works directly with the CEO of Tactivate as executive assistant to maintain long-term organization and operational planning.

Crisis Response
and Employee Support
Orchestrates various support initiatives such as mental health webinars, language training, career guidance, and professional development for employees and their families. Coordinates housing, supplies, and training programs for employees affected by the crisis.
Organized the onboarding of Ukrainian coordinators in each satellite country containing safehouses to ease the transition for displaced employees and family members and to serve as resources to assist with relocation. In an effort to provide comprehensive support, the crisis response team organized six mental health therapy and medical training webinar events, influenced the adjustment of Cornerstone’s open source disaster ready mental health material to be translated to Ukrainian, translated Cleveland Clinic mental health material into Ukrainian, coordinated host-nation language classes and schooling for children, and partnered with Krakow University to provide additional language training, career guidance, and professional development. Two family day events were planned and executed to provide exposure to personal wellness and trauma therapy education from a renowned Ukrainian trauma therapist and educator as well as to provide medical skills training.
Over 230+ employees and family members from the three companies were trained and certified in CPR and hemorrhage control. Maintains a housing portfolio of more than 145 flats + 2 reserved hotels, including wraparound ancillary support infrastructure, both within Ukraine and across six surrounding countries. Has overseen the procurement and distribution of 85 metric tons of food, medical/protective equipment, clothing, power, and communications equipment delivered throughout Ukraine. Organized and distributed a fleet of 50 donated vehicles, 3,000 IFAKs (Individual First Aid Kits), 1500 Tourniquets, 1,340 sleeping bags, 1250 tactical clothing items, 1190 holiday candies, 700 tactical flashlights, 640 power banks, 500 mosquito nets, 400 canisters of fuel, 350 Wood Burning Stoves, 320 tactical protection items, 320 home-batteries with inverters, 300 tactical backpacks and knee pads, 250 Gas Masks and canisters, 244 batteries, 200 thermal vision monoculars, 144 3 in 1s, 120 duodote auto-injectors, 101 generators, 95 inverters, 75 helmets, 70 chainsaws, 70 welding machines, 60 satellite phones, 60 sets of cold weather uniforms, 50 tablets, 50 winter equipment packages that include a gasoline generator, extension cord, canister, and an infrared heater, 40 satellite radios, 40 bulletproof vests, 40 extension cords, 34 geiger counters, 30 infrared heaters, 29 starlink accessories, 28 starlinks, 20 propane heaters with gas bottle, pressure reducer, and connection items, 20 propane bottles, 14 propane heaters, 10 chargers, and 1 ultrasound machine. Coordinated the training of more than 700 Ukrainian servicemembers in TCCC, TCP, and hemorrhage control resulting in 3 testimonials of the training or equipment saving lives on the front lines.

Organizational Leadership and Logistics
Assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer for a 501c3 organization, overseeing safe passage and resettlement efforts for Ukrainian families. Raises significant funds and resources to assist Ukrainians in relocation and provide essential goods and services.
Currently functions as Chief Executive Officer of a 501c3, Volunteers for Ukraine and previously functioned as Chief Operations Officer for Safe Passage 4 Ukraine until December of 2022. Organized and directed organizational functionality and logistics to provide safe passage to Ukrainian families wishing to resettle to new countries due to the war. Raised more than $2 million in monetary donations or pledges, more than 14 million flier miles, and more than 2.5 million hotel points that allowed the organization to transfer 203 Ukrainians to long-term destinations, assist more than 7,000 Ukrainians with resettlement in EU, provide 36 injured legion members transport to safety, transfer the belongings of 5 fallen legion members to their families, fly 24 injured Ukrainian soldiers to the US for prosthetics fittings, provide 50 frontline volunteers with counseling and services, relocate 8 pets, donate 2 generators, 90 power banks, 200 sets of thermal clothes, and 500 wood burning stoves to the front lines, provide 1000 Christmas gifts and 900 chocolates for distribution in Kherson after liberation.

Operations Consultant
and Comptroller
Serves as an operations consultant and comptroller for a volunteer startup group, facilitating the procurement and distribution of crucial supplies such as communication equipment, ambulances, and grocery cards to refugees. Implements efficient aid distribution methods and ensures financial accountability.
Functioned as operations consultant and comptroller for an entrepreneur volunteer startup group upon arriving in Poland in March until May of 2022. Successfully procured and shipped 108 Starlinks, 500 generators, and 3 fully equipped ambulances into Ukraine valued at more than $500,000. Ensured accountability and distribution of 2,500 grocery cards valued at $250,000 to refugees to provide freedom of choice to procure essential goods after initial displacement from Ukraine. Developed an automated and sustained method of bulk grocery delivery to 10 refugee centers in Poland, allocating more than $75,000 in funds and sufficiently servicing more than 100,000 refugees cumulatively since the beginning of the war. Acted as comptroller to provide accountability of spending and generated a glidepath toward a contactless model of aid distribution that allowed university student and unpaid volunteers to remain involved without sacrificing physical labor and funds over time.
